Book Drives
We host book donation drives to expand access to literature inside juvenile detention centers. Books are powerful tools for learning, healing, growing, and connecting. This is especially important for youth in detention, who often lack access to engaging, diverse materials.
How can you help?
- Donate new or gently used books at one of our book drop locations!
- Host a donation box at your organization!
- Help us spread the word!

Donare Comfort & Care Supplies
Many youth in detention facilities go without the basic comforts that bring dignity and hope. You can sponsor a young person by providing essential care items and thoughtful touches like handmade blankets or culturally relevant hair care products.
What to donate:
- Shower products, lotion, chapstick
- Tootpaste
- Hairbrushes, hair ties, bonnets
- Shoes and socks
- Cozy blankets and notes of encouragement
- Journals and art supplies
You can assemble a full comfort pack or donate items individually. Each item helps restore a sense of normalcy and care.

Host a Know Your Rights Campaign
Young people often don't know what rights they have. Our Know Your Rights campaign can provide clarity, courage, and connection.
Whether you are part of a school, community group, youth center, advocacy network, or a concerned citizen, we can help provide Know Your Rights material that will foster meaningful change in youth who face justice involvement.
We aim to host events that emphasize juveniles' rights and connect concerned citizens to local resources.
